WHY ATTEND
Online and In-Person Trainer Certification Events
We are excited to announce online and in-person events around the Eastern Hemisphere conferences! There are many opportunities for you to take your training team to the next level. DC&A is supporting you by sponsoring those events at no cost for candidates. Travel and other expenses are not included.
We will have Leadership (Online) and Presentations (Eastern Hemisphere Conference only) certifications, Master Trainer certification and Recertification, Carnegie Master recertification and DNA. We will start registering 2 candidates from each franchise first, if you have more than 2 candidates for one event, please reach out to Carnegie Learning Center to add them to a waiting list. After one month with the registrations open, if we do not fill an event, we will communicate to you and add the candidates in the waiting list. Please review the PreDNA/ DNA Prep Checklist–when preparing for the DNA session. Also, please see the Tandem And DNA Preparation Guidelines for information on completing tandems prior to the Certification events, allowing your candidate to be certified immediately following the event.
Please note that for Master Trainer certification, Carnegie Learning Center will add all registrations to a waiting list and will need an e-mail from the franchisee, confirming that the candidate meets the criteria before confirming their registration in the event.

Q. Will the conference be live streamed?
A. No, the conference will not be live streamed
Q. Will the conference be recorded?
A. Only the General Sessions on December 14 and December 15 will be recorded. Anticipated posting of these videos to Carnegie Connect, due to the holidays, will be early January.
