Advisor Ambassadors

If you have been in the industry longer than 5 years and produce $1 million+ in annual gross revenue, this is your chance to apply to take part in our Ambassador Program. The program will take place on Monday, June 24 from approximately 4:00pm-9:30pm.

If you apply, we ask that you participate in 20 10-minute small-group supplier meetings with 2 or 3 other ambassador advisors. Once the meetings end, we will host you and the 20 suppliers for a dinner and drinks. TMP will also host you for that night at the Delta Hotels Toronto Airport & Conference Centre and will provide complimentary registration for the entire conference.

What is the Ambassador Program?

  • It is your opportunity to meet with a select number of suppliers within small groups of advisors.
  • The program is limited to 20 suppliers and 80 top-producing travel advisors.
  • All Ambassador advisor invitees will be given a complimentary registration as well as being hosted the night of the program.
  • To facilitate more engagement and quality networking time, meetings will be limited to a maximum of 4 advisors per group per meeting.
  • Ambassador meetings will take place the evening prior to day 1 of the conference and we have allotted 3 full hours for suppliers to meet with small groups of advisors.
  • After the meeting portion of the program has concluded, advisors and suppliers will continue networking during the cocktail reception and dinner.
  • To facilitate productive conversations, advisors will receive worksheets with a brief summary of each supplier as well as key questions to discuss during their meetings.

Supplier Ambassadors

We are pleased to announce enhancements to our Ambassador Program for 2024.

What is the Ambassador Program?

  • It is your opportunity to meet with small groups of hosted pre-qualified engaged advisors. The program is limited to 20 suppliers and 80 high-producing advisors.
  • All Ambassador advisor invitees will be fully vetted and hosted for the entire event.
  • To facilitate more engagement and quality networking time, meetings will be limited to a maximum of 4 advisors per group per meeting.
  • Ambassador meetings will take place the evening prior to day 1 of the conference and we have allotted 3 full hours for suppliers to meet with small groups of advisors.
  • After the meeting portion of the program has concluded, advisors and suppliers will continue networking during the cocktail reception and dinner.
  • To facilitate productive conversations, suppliers will be given participant profiles ahead of time. Advisors will receive worksheets with a brief summary of each supplier as well as key questions to discuss during their meetings.
  • As an Ambassador supplier you would be one of 20 program sponsors and receive visibility throughout the Ambassador event.
