Pre-Conference Excursion - The Birmingham Ghost Walk
Discover the dark side of Birmingham's history on a walking tour that focuses on the city's allegedly haunted sites and the incidents that have taken place there. Whether you are a paranormal believer or just interested in learning about a different side of the city, this tour is for you.
When: available on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28, 8:00 - 10:00 PM

Pre-Conference Excursion - Civil Rights Tour
Visit notable locations on this walking tour including the 16th Street Baptist Curch, Kelly Ingram Park, and the site of the 1961 Freedom Riders attack, and discover their history from your guide.

Pre-Conference Excursion - Bham Eat Drink Ride Food Tour

Morning Workouts - 5K Fun Run
This course starts along CityWalk then passes a combination of old and new downtown buildings, Railroad Park, the Birmingham Barons AA baseball park, the historic Alabama and Lyric theaters, and the historic civil rights area of Linn Park.

Where: Departs from Sheraton lobby

Good to Know: The course will have arrows along the route to provide direction. Runners will start together but can run at their own pace.
Morning Workouts - Stretch and Movement
This is a comprehensive and anatomically based class that prepares the body to move through a natural range of motion, stretching, and balanced alignment. Allowing attendees to experience the joy of movement with the Forensic Ballerina!

Morning Workouts - Interval Strength + Conditioning
Bodyweight interval strength and conditioning. We'll alternate longer intervals of strength moves with shorter intervals of cardio bursts.

Morning Workouts - Zumba
Zumba, aerobic fitness program featuring movement inspired by various styles of Latin/Caribbean dance and performed primarily to Latin/Caribbean dance music.
