Guestroom Rates
A limited number of rooms are available for IOEN attendees at specially discounted rates:
Standard Room: $509.00 per night
Deluxe King Room: $550.00 per night
Rates are guaranteed for reservations made on or before Wednesday, December 20, 2023, or until the room block sells out. Rates are subject to applicable fees and state/local taxes.
Attendees are responsible for booking their hotel accommodations.
Hotel Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Full, non-refundable anticipated amount of the entire stay (with room and tax) will be billed to the credit card on December 20, 2023.
For reservations made after December 20, 2023, the full, non-refundable anticipated amount of the entire stay (with room and tax) will be billed to the credit card upon booking.
Reservations cancelled after December 20, 2023 will forfeit the amount for all nights reserved.
