 Registration Information 

Conference Fees:

Registration fees include all scheduled sessions including the preconference, functions and meals.  Pricing for guests are listed below.  Guests (i.e. spouse, significant other) is a limited access badge with meal and drink tickets.  If you are registering more than one person from your company, use the additional attendee not the guest so they get full access. 


The different levels are:

Educational – this level is for anyone who works in the facilities area of a K-12, college or university.

Sponsors – this level is for anyone who works for one of the companies who registered and paid for one of the 4 levels of sponsorship for this academic year – 2023/2024.

Associate – this level is for anyone who works for a company that is not a sponsor.

If you need to make any changes including substitutions, there is no fee.  However, if you need to cancel a registration there is a fee of $50 for Associates and Sponsors and $25 for Educational that will be deducted from your refund.  Deadline for cancellation is June 26, 2023, after which no refunds will be given.  Cancellations must be sent in writing for verification.  If you do not get a response, please call to follow up.  If you are not sure about your registration level of if you have any other questions, call Angie Wing at 813-600-7322 or email at registration@fefpa.org.

*For Educational Attendees only: if you can only come for one day, we have a special price.  Also, if you have never attended a FEFPA conference you may be eligible for a free registration.  Please contact Angie for special instructions.  Thank you.
