All conference sessions will take place at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance and IWF has negotiated a special block rate of $258.00 USD. Your link to book your room in the IWF block will be included in your confirmation email. Please be sure to use this special link to the book.

Please do not use a third party provider (ex: Booking.com) IWF cannot guarantee the same amenities as those who book in the IWF block.

The conference hotel is a 21 minute drive from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW).  Ride share services such as Uber/Lyft are plentiful and it is estimated the drive from DTW to Detroit via rideshare is $40 - 60 USD.

Please be advised that cabs are not regulated in Detroit. However, the company Metro Cab has a contract with the airport as is ok to use (the average rate from DTW to downtown via Metro cab is estimated at $53 USD, not included recommended 18 - 20% gratuity
