In the event of a pandemic, industrial disruption or natural disaster, The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) accepts no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegate.

Disclaimer

The Course program and registration information is correct at the time of publication. However, the Organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.

Photography disclaimer

During your attendance at the Course, your image may be taken by photography or by any other means by an official representative of the Course, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of RANZCR. If you do not wish to be photographed, you are required to formally advise the College in writing via email at events@ranzcr.edu.au.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are strongly advised to take out their own travel and medical insurance. The Organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Visas

Visas or any related documentation required by international guests to enter Australia is the responsibility of the delegate. The Organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to ensure arrangements are in place prior to travelling.

Course cancellation policy

 

Full payment of the course at the time of registration is required to secure your place. Cancellations up to 31 May 2023 will receive a full refund, less a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations up to 25 July 2023 will receive a full refund, less a $500 administrative fee. No refund of any amount will be made for cancellations after 5pm 25 July 2023 or “no-shows” at the course. If you need to cancel your registration, please advise the College in writing via email at events@ranzcr.edu.au.
