Extending Your Stay
KION is pleased to host you for four nights and five days at The Palms. The group rate of $630 per night in a double occupancy room will be honored for three days pre-program (May 2, 3, 4) and post-program dates (May 9, 10, 11) based on hotel availability. Please note, The Palms has limited availability for pre-extensions and good availability for post-extensions. Room prices may vary depending on the type of room. Transportation to and from the hotel will be provided only on Friday, May 5 and Tuesday, May 9.
Extending your stay is not guaranteed as it is based on availability at The Palms. After you have completed registration, the KION DOE Hospitality Team will contact the hotel to confirm availability for your requested extension. Please note that your flight cannot be booked until you have received confirmation on hotel availability from the KION DOE Hospitality Team. Please allow up to 24 hours for the hospitality team to confirm your request has been received. Your extended stay confirmation will be sent to you as soon as possible.
