In these evolving times, the ongoing increase in remote and electronic legal work has fueled concerns about cybersecurity and how to best protect confidential information. Attorneys and legal professionals must be sure they know how to use technology and electronic communications securely. In this dynamic CLE, attendees will learn how to prevent and navigate cybersecurity risks to avoid the financial hardship and disruption that data breaches can cause.
Attendees will also receive guidance on best practices for protecting data privacy and the tools to defend against breaches. Additionally, the program will include recommendations and strategies to consider if a data breach occurs.
