DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS:

If you require special consideration to accommodate a disability, please specify your request in the ADA section.


REGISTRATION CHECK-IN:

All badges will be distributed on-site. You can pick up your badge and any meeting materials from the registration desk. The cost to replace a badge is $100.


SECURITY:

All attendees will be required to present a photo ID to pick up their badges on-site. Badges are required to attend sessions and events.


PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Payment can be made with credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa).


CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to registration@nobel-women.com.

Cancellation policy:

90 days - 75% of fees refunded

60 days - 50% of fees refunded

30 days - 25% of fees refunded 

2 weeks or less - No guarantee of a refund


GUESTS:

Attendees are allowed to have guests join them for Brunch and/or the Gala Dinner for an additional fee. You will be able to add your guest's information during the registration process.

Gala Dinner Cost per Guest: $150.00
Brunch Cost per Guest: $75.00
