A limited number of rooms are available for IOEN attendees at a specially discounted rate, subject to applicable fees and
state/local taxes:

• Standard Room:       $219.00 per night
   

Rates are guaranteed for reservations made on or before Tuesday, May 23, 2023, or until the room block sells out.
Attendees are responsible for booking their hotel accommodations. 

Valet Parking is available at the hotel at $26 per vehicle per night. 

Hotel Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• Reservations may be cancelled 48 hours in advance of arrival without liability.
• Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the amount of one night's room & tax.

Ground Transportation

From/To Rochester International Airport:

Uber & Lyft services are available from the airport.  A designated rideshare services pickup area is marked by signage on the sidewalk in front of the Terminal.  

Access to the pickup location is closest to the Ticketing doors. 

From/To Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport:

Uber & Lyft serivces are available from the Ground Transportation Center outside the terminals.
