Mobile App

How do I download the mobile app?

  1.  In your app store, download the app called “Aventri Events" as pictured below:

  1. Enter access code: 403590
  2. Login to the event using your details below:
    Username: Your email
    Password: Your registration number

Click the below links to access the Appstore on your mobile phone.

I forgot my registration number and can’t login.

Your confirmation number is represented in both your confirmation email, as well as the mobile app download emails.

If you still have trouble locating it, contact and we can look it up for you.


How does each icon work within the app?

  • Agenda: Here you will find the show flow for each day of the conference.
    • You can change your session selection within this icon.  Please note, all workshops are pre-registration only.
    • Add sessions to your calendar.
    • See where your sessions are taking place and which speaker will be at each session.
    • Sessions with content will also have a Q&A section.
  • Speakers: View insights on speakers of the conference and see the sessions in which they are presenting.
  • Attendees: View insights into your fellow attendees and use the chat functionality to network.
  • Floor Plan: Interactive floor plan so you can click and see different locations for the event.
  • Places: This will show you places in the area such as dining spots, coffee shops, airport location, and more.  You can filter these options by clicking on the bottom right corner.
  • Search: You can search among every icon within this app.  This will search speakers, attendees, places, ect.
  • My Profile: ​Add a profile picture so people know who to look for! You can also update some personal info and add interests.
  • Q&A: See what other attendees are asking about the session you are attending. 
  • Event Feed: Here you will see other what other attendees are posting, general questions, updates from your conference hosts, and more.
  • Photo Sharing: Share a photo from your hometown, pet, or anything else you want to share with everyone!
  • Leaderboard: Click on this icon to see who’s in the running for points earned on the app.
  • Chat: Network and chat to some fellow attendees or speakers.
  • Networking: See who's nearby your location and chat with people in your area.
  • Scavenger Hunt: Click on each prompt for a hint to where the QR code is located.
  • Polling: See what fellow attendees are rating for the polls here.
  • Conference Bag: Here your conference hosts will be dropping in important documents for some sessions.
  • Conference Feedback Survey: This will be available on the last day of the conference. Please leave your feedback on what you liked, loved, or what we can improve on for future conferences. 


Do I need a promo code for Early Bird Pricing?
No. Early Bird pricing is already reflected in pricing.  Early Bird pricing will be in effect until Friday, March 24th. 

Are there available Promo Codes? 
We have two group promo codes that can be used for larger groups registering for this event.  We have 2GETHER for groups with 2-5 attendees and 2GETHER6 for groups with 6+ attendees. 

Can I register for someone other than myself? 
Yes.  If you are registering for someone other than yourself, please select “I am Registering for Other(s)” when you first get to the registration site. On the attendee Information page, please fill in “Organizer - Name” and “Organizer - Email Address” with your information.  Use the information of the person(s) for whom you are registering throughout the the rest of the registration.

Can I register for myself and others during the same registration?
Yes.  If you are registering for yourself and other(s), please select “I am Registering for Myself & Other(s)” when you first get to the registration site.  Complete the first registration using your information the entire way through.  Once you complete your registration, you will be prompted to add additional attendees. You can then fill in the prompts using your colleague’s information and add as many attendees as you’d like. 

Can I add more than one person to the CC email field? 
Yes, if you would like to add more than one email to the cc prompt, please separate the emails with a semi colon and no spaces. 

I made a mistake can I go back and fix it? 
Yes. If you are still in the registration site, you can hit the “Back” button to go to the previous page.  If you have completed the registration and noticed a mistake, you can hit the “Modify Registration” button and update the needed fields. 

I want to change my session selection after completing registration; can I do that? 
Yes.  Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your session selection. You will need your registration number, which is provided in the confirmation email, and your email address in order to modify your registration and update your session selection.  You can modify session selection at any time by going to our event webiste and hitting "Register Now", using the link in the confirmation email, or our mobile app once it becomes available. 

I want to change my registration type and there is a monetary difference, how do I do that? 
If you are making a change that effects the price you were charged, please reach out to directly and the conference team can assist you. 

Conference Logistics

How can I change my breakout session selections?
You can change your session selections at any time using the ‘Modify My Registration’ link found in your conference registration email.  Be sure to copy your Registration Number and use the same email to access your registration details.  Click on the ‘Select Agenda’ tab at the top of your screen to make and/or change your session selections then click the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of the page to confirm you are finished. You will also be able to quickly and easily view your agenda and change your session selections once the conference app is available.  You may edit your session selections up to start of the session.  Note that some sessions have limited seating and a waitlist will be available for those that have reached capacity.

Is there a conference app? What is it used for?
This year, the conference app provided by Aventri, enables you to view the conference schedule, session information, maps, speaker and attendee details, and will allow you participate in polling, games and networking activities.  Maps of the Boston Park Plaza and local area are also available in the app along with helpful transportation information. 

What time are pre-conference workshops?
Check-in for pre-conference workshops takes place from 8:30 –10:00 AM on Monday, April 24, 2023 in the Exeter Foyer on the Mezzanine level.  Coffee and a light breakfast will be served in the Statler Ballroom from 8:30 – 10:00 AM.  Workshops begin at 10:00 AM and break for lunch (included) from 12:00 – 1:00 PM.  Workshops end at 3:00 PM and will be followed by a workshop attendee reception in the Statler Ballroom from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.

When can I check-in for the conference?
If you are not attending pre-conference workshops, you can check-in and pick up your badge beginning at 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM on Monday, April 24, 2023.  Full conference registration begins on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 7:00 AM.  The registration desk is located at the top of the stairs in the Ballroom Foyer.

Can I get DRVS support at the conference?
Azara support staff will be available in the Support & Knowledge Center located in the Exeter room on the Mezzanine level. See app for drop-in hours, no appointments are necessary.

What is the Tuesday evening event?
Join Azara staff and conference attendees for a DRVS User Celebration on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 6:00 – 10:00 PM in the Grand Ballroom.  Hosted food stations, cocktails and beverages will be served.  Enjoy live music and dancing and make sure to take fun photos in our photo booth. This event is included as part of your conference registration at no extra charge. We look for

Food & Drink


What meals are included with my registration?
Breakfast and lunch will be served during workshops and both days of the conference.  Workshop attendees can also enjoy appetizers during the workshop reception on Monday evening.  Heavy hors d’oeuvres and food stations will be available during the conference celebration on Tuesday evening.  Please see the app schedule for mealtimes and locations.

I have dietary restrictions; will I be able to eat the provided meals?
Please share any dietary restrictions or allergy information in the Dietary Restrictions section of your conference registration.  The hotel will be made aware of all dietary needs, but make sure to let a server know if you have any additional concerns. There are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and other options provided in our food selection.

Looking for coffee or a quick snack? 
There is a Starbucks located in the hotel Lobby past the registration desk.


Hotel & Travel

What time are check-in and check-out?
Hotel check-in is at 3:00 PM.  Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Is there an airport shuttle to the hotel?
No. Rideshare, taxi, and subway (T) options are available from the airport to downtown Boston.

What is the closest T (subway) stop to the hotel?
The closest T stops are the Arlington St. (Green Line) and Back Bay (Orange Line) Stations.

Where can I park?
Valet parking is available for $65 per night. Self parking is available at the Motor Mart Garage, located across the street from the hotel (entrance located at 201 Stuart Street, Boston, MA).  

Where can I store my luggage after I check out?
Complimentary luggage storage will be available beginning at 7:30 AM on April 26.

Can I print a boarding pass?
Boarding passes may be printed at the hotel business center located in the FedEx Business office on the Mezzanine Level.
