Where will the conference be held?

Exchange 2023, Landis+Gyr’s annual user conference, will be held in at the JW Marriott in Austin, TX.

How much does the hotel cost per night?

Landis+Gyr has negotiated a rate of $254, plus tax, per night. These rates apply for 3 days prior to the event and 3 days after the event, based on availability. Reservations may be made via our online link, or by calling Reservations at 888-236-2427 or 512-474-4777 and asking for the Landis+Gyr rate or refer to code LGGC. The group rate will only be available until 5 P.M. Friday, May 25.

Does the hotel have high-speed internet access?

Yes, Exchange attendees will receive complimentary wireless internet access.

What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

How do I cancel my reservation at the hotel?

To cancel your reservation, call the hotel directly at 512-474-4777. Your room reservation must be canceled three days prior to your arrival date. Guaranteed reservations not canceled three days prior will be charged one night’s room and tax.

Is there a fee to park my car at the hotel?

Yes, there is a fee:

  • Valet: $56 per night.
  • Self-parking: $51 per night.

What airport should I fly in and out of?

Austin-Bergstrom International airport (AUS) is located 6.6 miles from the hotel.

Does the hotel provide shuttle service?

No, the hotel does not offer a shuttle service. SuperShuttle offers shuttles but you must book ahead at https://www.supershuttle.com/

Options: Taxis and Uber/Lyft is available 24/7 from the airport.

When should I arrive at the conference?  

The official Exchange 2023 kickoff is on Monday, June 5th with a Welcome Reception at 4:30 PM.
However, there are pre-event activities below in which you may want to participate:  

  • 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Pre-conference User Group Meetings 

What is the cost to register for Exchange 2023?

The following registration fees apply: 

  • Registration Fee: $1,495 
  • Guest Pass – Adults only: $295 (includes access to evening events only)
  • Day-Only Pass: $695 (includes access to all activities)
  • Group Discounts: With three paid registrations from the same company, a fourth registration is complimentary. In order to get the group discount automatically, one person needs to register all registrants using the “Add Person” option. If four people from the same organization register at different times, the group discount still applies. Once three have registered, contact James Hobbs, Registration Lead, at landisgyr@meetingexpectations.com or 404-477-5819 to register the 4th person.

What is the refund policy?

Cancellations on or before April 16, 2023, will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations after this date are not eligible for a refund.

How do I pay for my conference registration?

We accept all major credit cards. If you are not able to pay by credit card, please contact James Hobbs, Registration Lead, at landisgyr@meetingexpectations.com or 404-477-5819.

When will I receive my name badge?

All name badges and welcome packets will be distributed onsite at the registration desk.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual.

What hours are the conference registration/information desk open?

The registration/information desk will be open all hours Exchange is in session.
