FEC co-founder, Professor Cooper Biersach, will facilitate this powerful workshop at the Rizzo Conference Center in Chapel Hill, NC on Friday, February 24 from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.

Using Stanford University professor Shirzad Chamine’s ground-breaking research and book, Positive Intelligence, Cooper will help you learn about your individual saboteurs -- the voices in your head that generate negative emotions in the way you handle life’s everyday challenges. These saboteurs represent automated patterns in your mind for how to think, feel, and respond. They cause all your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, restlessness, and unhappiness. They sabotage your performance, wellbeing, and relationships. They are so automatic, that you likely do not even notice their effect on your performance and overall well-being.

The workshop will help you to:

  • Increase self-awareness
  • Intercept your most powerful saboteurs,
  • Boost your self-command over these automatic thought patterns with mental fitness exercises,
  • Teach you how to activate the positive region of your brain,
  • Learn research-based tools to strengthen the part of your brain that serves you and quiet the part of your brain that sabotages you.
  • Begin to build sustained change with more positive mind habits.
