Registration & accommodation

Please note that once your flight or train ticket has been issued, changes are not possible.

All participants will be staying at the Sweet Renasa Hotel in Valencia. The hotel is centrally located in Valencia within walking distance of the Universitat Politècnica de València, where the workshop will take place. We have booked a room for you from June 25th to July 8th. If we are not able to book the flight arriving and departing on the specific dates, your hotel will be covered.

Tenga en cuenta que una vez emitido su vuelo o billete de tren, no será posible realizar cambios. Todos los participantes se alojarán en el Hotel Sweet Renasa de Valencia. El hotel está ubicado en el centro de Valencia, a poca distancia de la Universitat Politècnica de València, donde se llevará a cabo el taller. Le hemos reservado una habitación del 25 de junio al 8 de julio. Si no podemos reservar el vuelo que llega y sale en las fechas específicas, su hotel estará cubierto.
