QUESTIONS

Who should I contact with questions about the Thomas Built Buses Dealer Meeting?

As an exhibitor, can we attend the General Session or breakout sessions?
General session and breakout sessions are closed to meeting attendees only; therefore, exhibitors cannot attend these events.

Are exhibitors allowd to attend meal functions?
Exhibitors are allowed to participate in the meal served during the trade show. Platinum level exhibitors are allowed to attend the welcome reception. Exhibitors are not allowed to attend any other meal function than what is listed above.

What is the attire for the dealer meeting?
Business casual.

Where is exhibitor registration?
Registration will be in the lobby of the Westin Savannah. It will be to the right of the hotel registration desk.

Where do I ship my materials?
Please review the exhibitor manual for details on where to ship your materials.

Do I have to make the payment for my booth when I register?
If you select to pay by credit card, you will have to pay for the booth when you register. If you select to pay by check, payments will be due on March 3, 2023. Any exhibitor with an outstanding balance will not be able to set up until the payment is made.

What if I want a different size booth then what is available?
We will try to accommodate custom booth size request, based on floor space availability. Please email TBB_CenterforEducation@daimler.com with your request.
