Target Audience

This conference is designed for Hematologists, hematologists/oncologists, internists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and all members of the healthcare team who treat or manage patients with acute leukemia or myelodysplastic syndromes.

Learning Objectives

After participating in this activity, learners will be better able to: • Identify recent advances in assessing, treating, and managing patients with MDS • Recognize the utility of novel strategies in the treatment and management of ALL • Appraise new insights in the basic biology of acute leukemia and its role in drug development • Evaluate updates in the treatment continuum of AML • Assess key evidence in addressing challenges in bone marrow transplantation and management of GVHD • Employ individualized approaches to integrate recent progress and improve clinical outcome
