Dear Colleagues:
It is our sincere pleasure to welcome you to the Acute Leukemia Forum 2022, which will be held as a live (in-person) conference on the west coast, May 5-6, 2022. We are excited to announce that this year’s conference will be somewhat different due to transition to new “directorship-blood”. We are each humbled to take on this role. Nonetheless, we truly hope to honor and embrace the spirit and vigor that has been demanded over the past 25 years by both Dr. Jacob Rowe and Dr. Martin Tallman. We enthusiastically hope that all of you will continue to support the active dialogue that is part and parcel of the forum and bring provocative ideas to challenge the status quo. We are hopeful that the Forum will continue to be a launching pad for exchange of education, a setting of change-mindset and a venue for active discussion with an ultimate mission to improve outcomes for patients diagnosed with acute leukemias. We hope this conference will meet the needs of our acute leukemia community in ways that other meetings fall short.
The comprehensive agenda has those sessions you have come to expect including the Ernest Beutler Memorial Lecture.
- Advances in Myelodysplasia
- Novel Strategies in ALL
- Basic Biology
- AML - Upfront and Relapsed Refractory AML
- Bone Marrow Transplantation
Our internationally renowned faculty will keep you engaged as you take a seat in the meeting room and will, following each of the presentations, leave ample time for your questions to be addressed.
We invite you to explore the exhibits and view the posters submitted by your colleagues.
Attendees will be able to download some, if not all, of the presentation slides as PDFs. The Acute Leukemia Forum 2022 will be available on demand for two months following the live activity if you’d like to re-review a specific presentation or the entire meeting.
Once again, we look forward to welcoming you to this important educational activity.
Sincerely,
