Hotel Information

ConferenceDirect will make room reservation on behalf of all Attendees and Guests that will be submitted to the hotel on your behalf.  These room reservations will be made based on your desired room type and arrival/departure dates as specified in your registration. 

All room charges are the responsibility of the individual guest. There are room rates are as follows:

Lodge Room *sold out*: $194/night USD ($258.38 CAD) per night (plus 9% room tax & $30.00 USD resort services fee).

Two-Bedroom Cottage: $388/night USD ($516.75) per night (plus 9% room tax & $40.00 USD resort services fee)

*Resort services charge will apply per room, per night. It includes Daily Admission to the Callaway Gardens for each person on the reservation, which is a $25.00 USD value per adult. It also includes two bottles of Callaway Blue® Spring Water and complimentary wireless internet.    

You will not receive a hotel confirmation number for your reservation until April 9th at the earliest.

NOTE: During the registration process, you will be asked if you wish to extend your stay beyond the conference dates or if you wish to secure a second room.  Note that these requests will be submitted to the hotel and accomodated based on availability. Do not consider any pre or post hotel reservation dates confirmed for outside of the conference dates until you have received a personal confirmation from ConferenceDirect.

All reservations will be subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy and is the responsibility of the individual guest

Incidentals are the responsibility of the individual guest; you will be asked to provide a credit card at check-in.
