Important Deadlines!
Registration will close on March 31, 2023 at 5:00pm PST. We cannot accommodate any requests for participation after this date, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Additionally, any hotel modifications must be received before March 31, 2023 at 5:00pm PST.
Payment for Participation
An invoice will be sent to your franchise post conference that will cover the cost of your registration (and any spouses or children) and transportation if utilizing the shuttle from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
All room charges are the responsibility of the individual. We will collect your credit card securely during registration for your hotel room. This card is for guarantee only and you will still need to bring a card with you in person to swipe during check in. Please email alairhomes@conferencedirect.com if you will not have your card with you at check in so that arrangements can be made with the hotel.
Any additional activities outside of sponsored conference events will be the individual's responsibility.
When should I plan on arriving?
Partners and Project Managers should plan on arriving at the Callaway Resort before 5pm on Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
Regional Partners should plan on arriving on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.
When should I plan on departing?
Our event runs to the end of day of Friday, May 12, 2023. Please plan on departing Saturday, May 13, 2023 or later.
Can I bring my spouse and children?
Absolutely! We highly encourage everyone to bring his or her family.
Is there a dress code?
We're thrilled to have you join us for a few days of learning, networking, and fun. We want you to feel comfortable and confident throughout the event, so here's a breakdown of our dress code.
- RP Sessions: Alair Business Casual
- Welcome Reception: We invite you to wear Alair business casual or business chic. This is your chance to make a great first impression and mingle with your fellow attendees. So, put on your favorite dress or blazer and show off your personal style!
- Thursday Team Sessions: On Thursday, we have team sessions planned, and we encourage you to wear casual or camp-casual attire. This is a chance to relax a bit and get to know your colleagues in a more casual setting. Wear something comfortable that you can move in.
- Friday Presentation Sessions: On Friday, it's back to Alair business casual attire. We'll have more sessions and networking opportunities, so dress to impress and make the most of your last day at the event.
- Closing Ceremonies, Dinner and Awards: Finally, for the Friday night closing ceremonies and awards event, we welcome anything from business casual attire to formal wear, and encourge you to incorporate your team color. This is your chance to celebrate with your colleagues and let your personality shine.

How do I cancel my ticket if I cannot attend but have already booked my RP/ Gold/ Platinum Camp Pass? Is there a cut-off date for accepting cancellations?
Please use the Modify Registration portal, you can locate the on the Register Now Page. The cut off for all registrations and modifications is March 31st, 2023. After this point we can no longer accept any changes to reservations.
