Addressing Workplace Violence Prevention Workshop
Workplace violence is on the rise, yet nearly half of U.S. employers report that they are unprepared to respond to incidents on the job. This interactive workshop will guide attendees through the development of an effective and sustainable violence prevention plan. Topics will include:
Companies are encouraged to invite small groups of individuals (3 max) who oversee the development and management of workplace violence programs. These attendees will participate in group-based activities throughout the workshop with the goal of developing a draft prevention program for their organizations.

Ergonomics & MSD Prevention Workshop
Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are the leading cause of workplace injuries across the globe, yet employers often struggle to identify appropriate interventions and implement effective solutions. Through roundtable discussions, workshop attendees will have the opportunity to share their experiences with peers and collaboratively build effective strategies to identify, assess, implement, analyze and communicate the value of effective MSD prevention solutions. Companies are encouraged to invite those who oversee organizational MSD efforts and come prepared to share current practices.
