Q. How do I reserve a spot?

To reserve your spot, go to www.zijasuccesstrip.com, select your cabin preference and make your $250 non-refundable deposit.

Q. How do I modify my reservation?

To modify your reservation, go to www.zijasuccesstrip.com, click on registration then modify registration. You will then be prompted to add your email and reference number. You should have received your reference number when initially registering.

Q. I'm on the website but I do not see any cabins available. What should I do?

If you are unable to secure a reservation, you may be placed on a waitlist with the possibility of registering at a later date. If a spot does become available, those on the waitlist with the highest number of points will be contacted first to fill the available cabin.

Q. I would like to reserve a Balcony Cabin, but none are available. What should I do?

If a cabin type is not available, that means that it has already sold out. Please choose the next best cabin available.

Q. If I am on the waitlist and a cabin becomes available, do I get to choose the type of cabin that I will get?

No. You will be assigned the exact cabin type that becomes available.

Q. What if I want to add a 3rd or 4th guest to my cruise cabin? What are the costs?

If you are interested in adding additional guests to your cruise cabin, please contact Megan Roberts with Destinations at (801) 446-5000. Destinations will be happy to help you determine subsequent costs and availability.​

Q. Outside of the Cabin Cost, what additional charges should I expect to pay on this trip?

Items of a personal nature including, but not limited to, spa treatments, shopping, tours, excursions, etc. are not included.  Any pre-night hotel stays before cruise departure is also not included as well as transfers or meals. You will also be responsible for any airport parking fees and baggage fees.

Q. If I need help making or modifying a reservation and/or paying for my cabin, who do I contact?

Q. Can I cancel my Zija Success Trip Reservation?

You can cancel your reservation, however, any payments made before canceling are non-refundable.

Q. Can I transfer my cabin to someone else?

Yes. You can transfer your cabin to someone else any time before January 16, 2020. Simply go to modify your reservation and change the name on the reservation.

Q. Is there a charge to transfer my cabin to someone else?

No. There is no charge to transfer your cabin if done before January 16, 2020.

Q. Will my rewards and credits from Zija transfer to the new person if I transfer my reservation?

No. These rewards are specific to you (the qualifier) and they will not be transferred to the new person.

Q. Will my payments up to that point be transferred to the new person if I transfer my reservation?

Yes. The payments up to that point stay with the reservation and will be transferred to the new person. If the new person is paying for the total cost of the reservation, they will need to reimburse you directly for the payments you’ve made up to that date.

Q. Are the additional payments set-up automatically, or do I need to remind myself to make manual payments before the deadlines?

The additional payments are set-up automatically for your convenience. They will be processed on the same card that you used to make your initial deposit.

Q. Can I update my card on file for the remaining payments?

Yes. You can update your card on file by modifying your reservation.

Q. What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment due to a card decline or card expiration issues, you will have 3 business days to update your payment method. If payment has not been made within 3 business days, your registration will be dropped and you will lose any payments made to date.

Q. How does the payment schedule work? Can you provide some examples?

The payment schedule is fairly simple. You pay $250 to reserve your cabin and then two payments of $750 each. The remaining balance is then due by January 16, 2020. Here are a couple of examples:

You reserve a Balcony Cabin (Cost is $2,988). You pay $250 to reserve and $750 on September 19 and November 21 respectively. On January 16, your payment will be $1,238 which is the difference of the Cabin Cost ($2,988) and the payments you’ve already made ($250 +$750 +$750= $1,750).

You reserve an Interior Cabin (Cost is $2,110). You pay $250 to reserve and $750 on September 19 and November 21 respectively. On January 16, your payment will be $360 which is the difference of the Cabin Cost ($2,110) and the payments you’ve already made ($250 +$750 +$750= $1,750).

Q. How do the payments work when I qualify for credits from Zija? Can you provide some examples?

Points will be reviewed for credit before each payment due date. If you have earned a portion of your cruise, the amount due will be reduced to match your incentive earnings. Here are some examples:

You have reserved a Balcony Cabin (Cost is $2,988) and you have paid the $250 deposit. Before September 19, 2019 you have also qualified for the first tier of rewards which gives you $1,000 credit for the cruise. Because of this credit, you will skip the September 19, 2019 payment and your November 21, 2019 payment will only be $500 (which is the difference between $750 payment and $250 which is the remainder of your credit).

You have reserved an Interior Cabin (Cost is $2,110) and have paid the $250 deposit and the two $750 payments. On January 3, 2020 you qualify for the first tier of this promotion which rewards you with $1,000 credit. Because of this credit, you will skip making the last payment on January 16, 2020 and you will be refunded $704 on January 20, 2020. Here is the calculation: $2,110 (Cabin Cost) - $1,750 (Payments Already Made) - $1,000 (Zija Credit) = - $640 which is $640 Credited back to you
