Payment Information

Payment and Substitution Deadlines 

  • Payment deadline: July 5, 2023
    • If your school's check will not arrive until after the deadline please pay for your registration to avoid cancellation. You will be refunded once the check has been received. 
    • If payment is not made by the deadline, registration will be cancelled.
  • Substitution deadline: July 7, 2023
    • All substitutions for paid registrations must be made no later than July 7, 2023. No substitutions will be allowed after this date.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Request Received By:

  • 7 business days before conference start – 100% (minus $25 administrative fee)
  • 1-6 business days before conference start – 50%
  • Less than 24 hours before conference start – None

Qualified withdrawals/transfers must be submitted in writing to danielle.rivenbark@dpi.nc.gov. You will have the option to request a credit on file, transfer, or list a substitute. You may transfer your registration to another person within your school at no fee by the deadline above. 

Additional Session Costs

There are some sessions that will require additional costs.
