Attendee FAQs

Will the face-to-face sessions be recorded? 

No, we will not be recording sessions happening face-to-face during the week of the conference. There will be a few pre-recorded sessions available the week of the conference.  

How do I access the pre-recorded videos?

You will download the conference app / virtual platform. All registered and PAID participants will receive an email on July 6 with how to acces the conference app / virtual platform. 
 

Be patient as the app and virtual platform load there are over 575 sessions that the app is trying to load for this conference.

Where should I park on-site and how much does it cost?

Please find click for the parking map for the conference.

Hotel guests should park at the LAZ Parking between 4th and 5th and Cherry and Marshall Streets (attached to the Embassy Suites). Cost is $10 daily or $20 for overnight guests.  

Daily conference participants should park at the 6th/Cherry-Trade Parking Deck across from the Benton Convention Center. Cost is $10 daily.

Where and when do I check-in on site?

You must check-in at the Benton Convention Center – Main Level in the Salem Foyer to receive a name tag and be eligible for credit for the conference.

Registration hours are as follows:

  • Sunday - 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Monday - 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday - 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday - 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Thursday - 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Where are my sessions located on-site?

Please check the conference app for specific locations of each session. 

You can view the floorplan of each hotel here or in the conference app.  

Are there additional fees for certain sessions? 

Yes, there are a handful of sessions that have additional fees. You can view these listed on the agenda page.

How do I get credit for sessions I attend?

Certificate CEUs will be based on session attendance.

Each session at this year's conference will have a two 3 digit codes supplied by the speaker(s) and/or program area consultant. These codes will be issued at the start and at the end of each session. 

To get credit you must:

  1. Click on the session in your app 
  2. Click evaluate 
  3. Enter the opening 3 digit code 
  4. Enter the closing 3 digit code
  5. Click submit

Certificates will be emailed directly to participants.
