A limited number of rooms are available for IOEN attendees at specially discounted rates, subject to applicable fees and state/local taxes:

• Standard Room:       $480.00 per night
• Deluxe King Room:  $518.00 per night
   

Rates are guaranteed for reservations made on or before Tuesday, December 20, 2022,
or until the room block sells out. Attendees are responsible for booking their hotel accommodations. 

Overnight Parking is available at the hotel at $40 per vehicle per night. 

Hotel Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• Full, non-refundable anticipated amount of the entire stay (with room and tax) will be billed to the credit card on December 20, 2022.
• For reservations made after December 20, 2022, the full, non-refundable anticipated amount of the entire stay (with room and tax) will be billed to the credit card upon booking.
• Reservations cancelled after December 20, 2022 will forfeit the amount for all nights reserved.
