General Conference Information:

Q: What are the dates for 2023 Employee Benefits Summit (EBS)?
A: The 2023 EBS is March 26-28, 2023.

Q: What is the location of the 2023 EBS?
A: The 2023 EBS will be at The Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center, 7121 Bishop Road, Plano, TX 75024.

Q: What is the cost to attend the 2023 EBS?
A: The early-bird registration rate is $200 through February 24, 2023. The standard rate of $249 begins February 25, 2023.

Q: What is included in my 2023 EBS registration fee?
A: Your registration fee includes all conference events and sessions, as well as breakfast, lunch, and snacks on both days. Attendees are responsible for covering their own dinner, lodging, and transportation.

Q: What is the registration cancellation policy for the 2023 EBS?
A: The 2023 EBS registration fee will be refunded only if we receive your written cancellation notice via email to eventinfo@guidestone.org by March 13, 2023. Cancellation requests made after March 13, 2023, will not be eligible for a refund.

If you have registered but cannot attend, you may send someone else in your place at no additional cost. Please notify GuideStone^® of any modifications to your registration by emailing eventinfo@guidestone.org.

Cancellations for lodging at The Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center must be made through the hotel directly.

Q: Can I transfer my registration to someone else for the 2023 EBS?
A: If you have registered but cannot attend, you may send someone else in your place at no additional cost. Please notify us of any modifications to your registration by emailing eventinfo@guidestone.org.

Q: I cannot locate my registration confirmation email for the 2023 EBS. What should I do?
A: You may access your registration information from your initial invitation email. If that is not possible, you can also email eventinfo@guidestone.org for assistance.

Q: May I change my breakout session selections for the 2023 EBS?
A: Yes! Log back into the registration page any time before EBS begins on March 26, 2023, and we will be happy to update your information.

Q: How do I get an invoice for my registration for the 2023 EBS?
A: You will receive a confirmation email with your conference receipt. If you need anything other than that, please email us at eventinfo@guidestone.org.

Q: What is the weather like in Dallas in March?
A: The average temperature is around 69°F in March.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Most people will be dressed in smart casual attire. Even though it can be warm outside, it tends to be cool inside the event venue, so dress accordingly!

Q: What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
A: Please notify us eventinfo@guidestone.org of your needs, and we will attempt to provide alternatives.

Q: What options are available for dining outside of EBS?
A: There are plenty of dining options around the event venue! The Marriott hotel is inside Legacy Town Center, which has multiple dining options ranging from fast food to gourmet restaurants.

In addition, the area around The Dallas/Plano Marriott is home to dozens of restaurants with various dining options. Plus, you are always only an Uber or Lyft ride away from any food you may like. Check out some recommendations here.

Q: How do I book my hotel room?
A: Please use this link to book your hotel room. The room block will close on Friday, March 3, 2023.

Q: How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
A: The Dallas/Plano Marriott does not provide a shuttle service. You can rent a car, use a taxi or use a ride-sharing service - such as Uber or Lyft.

Q: Which airport should I fly into?
A: You can choose from either Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL).

• Head south on International Parkway and TX-121 N to Forestbrook Drive in Lewisville
• Take Hebron Parkway to TX-121 N to W. Spring Creek Parkway in The Colony

• Continue on Daniel Road to your destination

Q: When do you recommend we arrive and depart?
A: There will be an optional pre-conference and welcome reception on Sunday, March 26, 2023, beginning at 4 p.m. Registration and breakfast for the main conference will begin at 8 a.m. on March 27, 2023, so we advise you to arrive the night before (if you are not local). The last session ends at 1 p.m. on March 28, 2023. We will have a grab-and-go box lunch available. This should leave you enough time to make it to the airport (DFW or DAL) for a 3 p.m. or later departure flight.

Q: Will there be an app for EBS?
A: Yes! After you register, we will send you a link to download the event app to your phone. More information about the app will be released about a month before EBS. We recommend you download the app before you arrive so you can easily stay in the know.

Q: Will speaker presentations be available for me to review after EBS?
A: Each speaker determines if they will make their material available to conference attendees. All available presentations will be available for download in the conference app.

Q: Will EBS be live-streamed?
A: No, EBS will not be streamed.

Q: Is there an official social media hashtag for EBS?
A: Yes! Please use #EBS2023 to interact with our team, other attendees and your followers.
