USE THE FLOOR PLAN BELOW TO BOOK YOUR EXHIBIT BOOTH

PLEASE NOTE: This booking platform should be used by Exhibitors only.  Companies considering sponsorship should email marina@strategicmeetingdesigns.com to request a copy of the Partner Opportunity Package and she will send it to you.

Exhibitor Bookings Steps:

1. Review the floor plan below to determine which booths are available.  Those that are Yellow are available.  As booths are booked, the booths will become Purple and the name of the company who booked will be available by hovering over the booth.  If you need assistance identifying the booth colors, please reach out.
2. Once you have selected your booth, click directly on the booth in the floor plan below to launch the booking for that specific booth space.
3. After you have completed your booking, you can review your listing on the website to be sure all looks correct.  If needed, you can login to your exhibitor booking to make changes.

General Information:

Booth Size:  10’ wide X 8’ deep
Price Before Feb 28, 2023: $3,500
Price After Feb 28, 2023: $4,000

Standard Exhibit Space Includes:
• 10’ wide X 8’ deep booth
• 6 ft. skirted display table; 2 chairs; wastebasket; basic booth power and wifi
• Two (2) complimentary exhibitor registrations including Opening Welcome Reception (per booth)
• Overnight security
• Listing on the conference web APP containing program details
• Link to your company website on the conference website
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch served in the exhibit area
• Purchase of two (2) discounted exhibitor registration (per booth) for exhibitor staff at $250/badge.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON:

• Hard wired internet (wifi is provided at no cost)
• Lead Retrieval ($250)
