FAMILY PHYSICIAN CME PROGRAM (PROGRAM TO BE DELIVERED IN ENGLISH ONLY)

The Family Physician CME day will cover a broad range of sleep-related topics in both adult and pediatric patients, focusing on the most common disorders seen by general practitioners.  
 

     

    PROGRAM LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

    By participating in this day you will be able to:

    • Discuss basic sleep physiology and epidemiology
    • Identify the main sleep disorders and treatment options for the major sleep disorders in children and adults including pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic therapies
    • Identify red flags and learn when it is appropriate to refer to sleep specialists
