Exhibitor Opportunity

 

Set-up: Tuesday October 25th 9 am – noon (pacific time)
Tear-down: Thursday October 27th noon – 3 pm (pacific time)
Show supplier/material handling: Whistler Show Services
Exhibition inclusions:
  • 1 8X10 booth (8 deep, 10 wide)
  • 1 full delegate pass
  • 1 skirted table and 2 chairs
  • 1 standard electrical outlet
  • Company name on event site listing and mobile app
Pricing:
  • Exhibition booth with 1 full delegate = $1400 before August 15th/ $1500 after August 15th
  • 1 additional booth staff allowance per booth registration = $550 before August 15th / $650 after August 15th
  • Booth staff are limited to exhibition attendance and meals.
  • NOTE: exhibitors do have the option to book 2 booths at a time subject to availability – early booking selections are encouraged as exhibitors may select their own locations online
Additional Exhibitor Opportunities:
  1. Provide a 2-minute video to be shown as part of the programs vendor outreach during the program an will be played prior to a session start up. Videos to be provided in YouTube format. Presentations must be submitted to help@canavents.com by September 1st to be included in the program. COST: $1000.00 CAD
  2. 500 word advertisement with logo in conference program. Logo and advertisement to be submitted to help@canavents.com by September 1st to be included in the program. COST: $1000.00 CAD
  3. 1000 word advertisement with logo in conference program. Logo and advertisement to be submitted to help@canavents.com by September 1st to be included in the program. COST: $2000.00 CAD
