Pricing: |
- Exhibition booth with 1 full delegate = $1400 before September 23rd/ $1500 on/after September 23rd
- 1 additional booth staff allowance per booth registration = $550 before September 23rd / $650 on/after September 23rd
- Booth staff are limited to exhibition attendance and meals.
- NOTE: exhibitors do have the option to book 2 booths at a time subject to availability – early booking selections are encouraged as exhibitors may select their own locations online

Additional Exhibitor Opportunities: |
- Provide a 2-minute video to be shown as part of the programs vendor outreach during the program an will be played prior to a session start up. Videos to be provided in YouTube format. Presentations must be submitted to help@canavents.com by September 1st to be included in the program. COST: $1000.00 CAD
