The Registration Fee includes: access to all scientific sessions, Exhibition and Poster Exhibition, refreshment, App and Certificate of Attendance.
N.B. Certificates of Attendance will be issued only to delegates who have paid all fees in advance of the event.

Discount: an Early Payment Discount is available for bookings made before 8 April 2020. All Early Payment Discount bookings MUST be paid for by 22 April, or the discount will be lost and the price will increase to the Standard Registration Fee level.
ALL PAYMENTS: without exception, ALL payments for APAGBI 2020 MUST be received by 11 May 2020. If payment has not been received by this date, then the delegate will need to pay on arrival at the Conference. It remains the responsibility OF THE DELEGATE to ensure that payment is received by the Secretariat. No contact with Finance Departments/Managers/Budget Holders/Procurement Teams can be entered into. The Secretariat will deal with the named delegate only.

Submission of an on-line booking represents entry into a contract with APAGBI and the relevant fees become due on submission of a booking, whether or not the delegate attends the event.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. E-Mail is acceptable.

Cancellations received up to and including 8 April 2020: full refund minus 25% administration charge.

Cancellation received from 9 April 2020: no refund.

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Conference.
Parent & Child Room (50% reduction in Registration Fee)
The APAGBI will once again be offering a ‘Parent and Child’ facility at this Conference. This dedicated room will have the sessions beamed into the room so parents currently on parental leave with very young children can attend the conference and not miss any of the sessions.
This facility is included in the Parent and Child Registration Fee. (50% reduction).
