Rates and Reservations

The rates below are definitely available Oct. 23-26 if you register by Monday, Oct. 3 at 5 p.m. Central. After this date, there is no guarantee the room rates will be available.

UniGroup also has some rooms available at the discounted rate on Friday and Saturday night. Those rooms will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. All room reservations will be guaranteed for late arrival by UniGroup.

Hotel Rates (Guaranteed through Close of Standard Registration)

• $299 per night for single/double occupancy
• $324 per night for triple occupancy
• $349 per night for quadruple occupancy
• Suites are available on a limited, first-come, first-serve basis.

Three-night Minimum Stay
There is a three (3) night minimum (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) hotel stay requirement for Convention this year.

New: Hotel Reservations Booked Directly with Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach

Please note, agents will be guided through Aventri for Convention registration. Upon completion, agents will be required to book hotel accommodations directly with the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach resort through a link made exclusively for UniGroup attendees (using the group code UGRP). This will allow agents the flexibility to make changes directly with the hotel. Notes: Requests for specific room types are subject to availability and not guaranteed until arrival. Based on availability, which is limited, the special convention rates will apply three days before and three days after Oct. 23-26.

Changes, Cancellations and No-shows

All hotel reservation changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel 72 hours in advance using the same link provided during registration or by calling the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort Reservations team at 714-698-1234 or by emailing jacqui.juranek@hyatt.com. Agents can also contact meetings@unigroup.com. Departure dates are reconfirmed at check-in. An early departure fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable tax will be charged to guests who check out prior to their reserved check out date and fail to advise the hotel at or before check in.

A one night’s hotel room charge and tax will be assessed to your agency’s statement if you fail to attend the convention and provide no notice of hotel cancellation.

Resort Fee

As part of our contract, the nightly resort fee (normally $35 per night) is waived for all UniGroup reservations. See the FAQs below for what is included with the resort fee.
