What beach amenities are available?

Chairs, towels and umbrellas are available daily. Please inquire at the bell desk.

Is housekeeping available?

Housekeeping service is available between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily. If you have a special service request or require your room cleaned at a specific time, please contact the Housekeeping Department.

Are there childcare services available?

Please call the concierge at (714-698-1234, ext. 51) for arrangements regarding childcare. 

The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa uses bonded licensed childcare agencies only.

Is there a concierge available?

The hotel concierge desk is available every day until 5:30 p.m. However, someone is always at the front desk. If a guest needs assistance when the concierge desk is closed or unattended for breaks/lunches, the front desk can provide it.

Is there transportation provided from the airports to the resort?

The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach does not provide transportation to or from the airport. We recommend using Yellow Cab, Uber or Lyft for roundtrip transportation between the airport and the hotel.

Is there a minimum hotel stay requirement?

There is a three (3) night minimum (Sunday-Tuesday) hotel stay requirement for Convention this year.

Are there mask or health mandates in place?

Will I receive information about the resort upon check-in?

Is smoking allowed?

Please note that the entire resort is a smoke and vape free facility, including guest rooms and balconies. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking
areas outside the resort perimeter. In the event it is determined that smoking or vaping takes place inside a room or on balcony of a room, a smoking fee of $500 will be placed on your folio.

What is the Wi-Fi network password at the Hyatt?

The Wi-Fi network name is @Hyatt_WiFi Wi-Fi is always complementary at Hyatt and no password is needed. 

How do I book my hotel reservations?

Agents will be guided through Aventri for Convention registration. Upon completion, agents will be required to book hotel accommodations directly with the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach resort. Click here for more information about booking reservations directly with the hotel.

Is there a virtual option being planned for general sessions and breakouts?

This year's Convention is being planned as an in-person event. A live virtual option is not being planned at this time. However, some segments or information may be shared post-Convention.

Will there be exhibitors this year? 

We are revamping the exhibitor opportunities this year. Instead of booths, the committee is looking at unique ways to intertwine sponsorship opportunities throughout the whole conference.

What is the attire for meeting activities?

Attire for most meeting activities is business casual. Keep in mind, meeting room temperatures and personal comfort ranges vary from person to person so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket.

When are the beaches open?

Huntington Beach is home to 8.5 miles of beautiful, sandy beaches. Below are helpful tips for all visitors:

• Huntington Beach City Beach is open 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Huntington Beach Pier is open 5 a.m. to 12 a.m.
• California State Beaches are open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach.
• Fires and BBQ’s are only permitted at fire ring locations that are provided on the beach.
• For swimmer safety, surfing is not permitted in areas where the blackball sign is displayed.
• Other than Dog Beach, dogs are not permitted on the pier, plaza or other beaches.
