All Live Experience ticket holders will receive the 3 sets of the Conference-exclusive strip during the on-site event check-in at the Conference.
Premium Virtual Experience ticket holders, and Virtual Experience ticket holders who meet the Early Bird deadline, will receive their Conference-exclusive sets during the week prior to Conference.
Live Experience ticket holders will receive their 3 Color Cosmetic products during the Conference.

No, Guest Tickets are not available. Only active Color Street Stylists in good standing will be permitted to purchase tickets to the Conference and only registered ticket holders will be given access to the event. Live Experience attendees must wear their Color Street ID badge to enter all sessions, meals, and events on the Conference agenda.
No, Virtual Experience ticket holders will only have live streaming access to the 4 general sessions.
If a Virtual Experience ticket holder earned access into either of the Leader Meetings on the Conference agenda, the recordings of those sessions will be provided to that Virtual Experience ticket holder after the Conference.
All workshops will be recorded and shared in the Tuesday Trainings after the Conference.
Recordings of the 4 general sessions will be viewable on the event website through Friday, September 30th for all Conference ticket holders.
Yes, all general sessions live streams, and meeting/workshop recordings will have closed captioning.
All Live Experience attendee workshop selections are final due to set room capacities.
Stylists who achieve a qualifying new Career Title at the end of May 2022 will automatically be invited and registered to attend one of the Friday morning meetings. There is no extra step to complete during the registration process.
Locations for each event on the Conference agenda will be added to the schedule on the event website at a time closer to the Conference.
Yes, Color Street has organized room blocks throughout hotels local to the Phoenix Convention Center. These blocks have been shared in weekly newsletters and can also be found on the “Phoenix” tab of this event website.
Transportation will not be provided to or from the hotels, Phoenix Convention Center, or airport.

The average temperature in Phoenix in August is a high of 105˚F and a low of 84˚F. However, all of our Conference activities will take place inside the convention center in well air-conditioned rooms.
Conference general sessions and workshops are business casual. The reception with Corporate Executives for Elite Directors & above is business casual, no jeans. The awards night on Saturday evening is semi-formal. Note that all halls have concrete flooring, so be mindful of slippery footwear. Jeans will not be permitted on Saturday evening.
Attendees with dietary restrictions, who noted their restriction at the time of registration, may let their server at the Phoenix Convention Center know about the restriction. The server will ensure that the appropriate meal is provided.

The Phoenix Convention Center has two Mamava Pods that you may use. One is located on the 2nd level of the North Building and another is located on the 1st level of the West Building. The pods have codes to download an app that you may use to reserve a pod for your needed timeframes.
Yes, the space will be wheelchair-accessible and there will be designated areas for wheelchair seating throughout. If you noted at the time of registration that you have special accommodations, you will be contacted closer to the event for arrangements.

Yes, if you noted during registration that you need ASL interpretation, ASL interpreters will be provided for all general sessions, workshops, and the leader meeting if earned. You will be contacted closer to the event for arrangements.
If deemed necessary, health and safety protocols will be added to the “Phoenix” tab of this event website.
No, neither a negative COVID test nor a vaccination card will be required to attend.
Children will only be permitted to attend if they are breastfeeding at the time of the Conference and if the Stylist attendee noted this at the time of registration.
No, guests are not permitted to attend any meeting, meals, or events on the Conference agenda. Registered attendees must wear their Color Street ID badge in order to enter any meeting, meal, or event space.
No refunds will be processed past the June 24th deadline. If a Live Experience attendee can no longer attend Conference in person, they will have the ability to view the general sessions virtually on the event website. If a doctor’s note is provided to events@colorstreet.com, the Gift Bag given away onsite at the event to Live Experience ticket holders, including the 3 new Color Cosmetic products, will be mailed to Stylists who could no longer attend the event due to a medical/family emergency.
