TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION, REFUND POLICY 

Cancellations and amendments must be received in writing to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au). Refunds will be authorised at the discretion of the Facility Management Association Australia. Substitute participants are welcome. Should you cancel your registration by email and not receive a response within 24 hours, please call Alignment Event Solutions (+61 2 9371 1893).

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of accommodation must be made in writing directly to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au). Cancellation of accommodation made after Monday 1 August 2022 may attract one full night's tariff. Transfer of accommodation booking to another person will be accepted. Should you cancel your registration by email and not receive a response within 24 hours, please call Alignment Event Solutions (+61 2 9371 1893).

SPONSORSHIP CANCELLATION

Sponsorship and/or Exhibitor cancellations received 90-days prior to Ideaction will be reviewed and reimbursed at the discretion of the Facilities Management Association. Cancellations received after 90 days from Ideaction.22 will not receive a refund. A full credit note for any Covid-19 cancellations or postponements for Ideaction will be provided for future Ideaction events. All cancellations must be emailed to isabella@alignmentevents.com.au.

CANCELLING TOURS

The full fee for your tour will be transferred to the independent tour company. Any cancellations will be subject to the tour company's cancellation policy. Please make all cancellations in writing directly to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au) to ensure the best possible outcome as we may have delegates waitlisted for the specific tour.

INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The insurance should cover loss arising from cancellation of the conference by the organiser or a person's inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever. No responsibility is taken by the conference managers for any person not holding insurance.
