What's Included?

  • Four live, virtual learning modules on management, communication, engagement, expectations and delegation.
  • Two one-on-one coaching sessions with an experienced consultant during which participants can work on a skill of their choosing.
  • Two virutal coffee houses where participants can connect, learn from each other and talk shop.
  • Welcome session hosted by AdvantAge Ontario CEO Lisa Levin summarizing the state of affairs in LTC and seniors' housing.
  • A digital certificate is issued upon completion.

Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility
    The LTC Management Training Program is open exclusively to AdvantAge Ontario Full Members. AdvantAge Ontario Personal Members do not qualify for the member rate. 
  • Cancellations 
    Cancellations must be received in writing 14 days before the course begins. A $50 administration fee will apply regardless of the status of payment. Registrants who fail to attend the program or cancel after the deadline shall be liable for the full fee. 
  • Privacy Statement 
    Registration information is collected to process registrations and payments for education events, correspond with registered delegates, notify participants about other AdvantAge Ontario programs and services, and publish delegate lists for event participants.
