Parking & Shuttle

We are excited to welcome UNC Real Estate Conference attendees to Chapel Hill, home of the University of North Carolina. Whether it's your first time or you're returning home, we hope to make your time in Chapel Hill a memorable visit. Conference Parking & Shuttle

• Parking on campus is extremely limited and not guaranteed. Attendees are encouraged to consider utilizing a hotel shuttle, Uber, Lyft or other rideshare options that will take you to the Smith Center. 

• Parking for conference attendees is available (first come, first served) at the Rams Head Deck, located off of Ridge Road. Parking at Rams Head Deck is $1.75/hour, and you will pay upon exit. 

• Attendees should NOT park in any surface lots around the Smith Center or risk being towed. 

• A shuttle will run from the Rams Head Deck to the Smith Center in a continuous loop from 9:30-11:30 a.m. and from the Smith Center to the Rams Head Deck from 4-6 p.m.  

• In the event that the Rams Head Deck reaches capacity, you will be directed to overflow parking. The conference shuttles would then begin transporting guests from that overflow parking.
