As an exhibitor, you will need to understand and agree to follow the policies of the ACCME’s Standards for Commercial Support of Continuing Medical Education and the guidelines of the American Medical Association set for physicians in support of the Pennsylvania Neurological Society’s 2022 Annual Meeting.

PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL ON OR BEFORE October 28, 2022. A 10% late will be applied to any payments received after October 28, 2022.
You will not be able to participate in the program as an exhibitor if we do not have payment by November 4, 2022.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be presented to the association in writing. If cancellation occurs on or before September 30, 2022 for the PNS Annual Meeting, the exhibitor will receive a full refund, less a 20% administrative fee. If cancellation occurs on or after October 1, 2022, no refunds shall be due to the exhibitor. An exhibitor who cancels may not transfer or assign to another company.
