Our team includes an in-house architect, permit specialists, accountant, two interior design coordinators, warranty technician, construction manager and many construction superintendents. We handle all aspects of building from the very first meeting—coordinating all architectural design, assisting with financing and insurance companies, personally guide you through every selection, provide a complete itemized bid, coordinate engineering, submit for permits, and of course complete the construction and warranty the work.
