ERICSA traditionally has been able to provide several hours of continuing legal education (CLE) credits at each annual conference. ERICSA anticipates that there will be at least 19 workshops and plenaries eligible for CLE credits. If you elect the $25 CLE option, you will be provided with a Certificate of Attendance. It will be the responsibility of the individual attorney to review the CLE requirements for their State and submit for accreditation. ERICSA will not be obtaining accreditation from any jurisdiction. Any workshops marked as CLE in the agenda are a suggestion based upon the materials and the qualifications of the speakers. ERICSA does not guarantee that the workshop(s) will be accepted for credit by your jurisdiction. If you notify ERICSA before June 30, 2022 that your State will not accept CLEs from this event, ERICSA will refund your $25.00 payment.
ERICSA plans once again to support a local charity during our conference. More information can be found here.
