COVID Policy

Caring for the safety and well-being of our attendees is CAMPUT’s most important priority. As global health concerns evolve, our team is working diligently and coordinating with officials to ensure a safe environment. Should the event have to be cancelled due to pandemic related issues, we will hold all registration and sponsor fees in trust and we will work to host the event, either in person or online, within a 12 month period. If a virtual event is held, you will receive a partial refund of your registration fee. If the event is cancelled entirely, then a refund will be issued, less an administration fee.

Covid vaccine & policy acknowledgement:

CAMPUT will adhere to BC Ministry of Health requirements. The BC Ministry of Health currently requires patrons of “indoor organized events with more than 50 people” to show proof of vaccination. Therefore, proof of vaccination will be required to participate in the 2022 CAMPUT Conference. Without proof of vaccination, entry will be denied and no refunds will be provided. If these requirements change substantially, we will inform registrants and post the information on the conference website.
