Welcome Reception with Conference Registration

Wednesday 11th May 2022, 7pm – 9pm 
At Cardiff City Hall, the Conference venue: Cathays Park, Cardiff, CF10 3ND

The night before the opening of the main Conference there will be a Welcome Reception.  All delegates are welcome but attendance must be pre-booked.

The grand backdrop of City Hall will be an impressive and easy to find location for our Welcome Reception. 

Registration will be open at the Welcome Reception for you to collect your materials for the main Conference.

The Welcome Reception will include drinks and light bites.

The aim of this event will be to enable old friends and new to get together in an informal, relaxed setting.  This will be a particularly special reunion for many people, following the absence of an in-person ASM due to COVID-19. 

Tickets are £20 each.  Guests are welcome.  

No transport is provided to this event.

Dress code: Smart casual.
 

Gala Dinner and Dance                    

Thursday 12th May 2022, 7.30pm – midnight 
At The National Museum of Wales, Cathays Park, Cardiff, CF10 3NP

This will be the highlight of the networking opportunities of this Conference, staged in the magnificent Museum, adjacent to City Hall.

After a drinks reception, a 3 course dinner will be served.  Entertainment will be provided by local musicians and the evening will be designed to have Welsh character, flavour and sound.  

Tickets cost £49 each and include a limited number of drinks, dinner and entertainment.  Guests are welcome also.

No transport is provided to this event.  The venue is easy to find, adjacent to the Conference venue.
