About IFMA COEX 2022

As the new socially conscious consumer makes purchase decisions that align with their values, foodservice is now at the forefront of providing choices that support how consumers look for and consume food and beverage away from home. At IFMA COEX 2022, we’ll examine how sustainability, innovation, and technology are shaping a new path to better serve the consumer—taking the industry on a purpose-driven path that will lead us into the future. 

The IFMA Chain Operators EXchange (COEX) is the foodservice industry’s only conference truly by operators, for operators. With an agenda built by a committee of 30+ chains of all sizes, the program delivers real-time, pertinent insights and best practices that leaders in supply chain, culinary, marketing and general management can use to shape their businesses.

IFMA COEX registration includes:  

  • Registration for one attendee.

  • All in-person conference education sessions, receptions, meal functions and activities.

  • Please Note: Activity sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis. Some activities may have limited availability.  

*IFMA reviews all operator registrations for approval to ensure that they adhere to standards established by the Board of Directors. IFMA reserves the right to request additional information and may decline any non-qualified operator registrations.

Health & Safety

As a safety precaution, we are asking all attendees to be either vaccinated against COVID-19 OR have a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of travel. 

Your safety and health during IFMA COEX 2022 are our highest priority. IFMA will monitor and follow all federal and state COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations closely in the coming months and will provide additional information to ensure a safe environment for you and our staff. 

Cancellation/Transfer Policy 

Written cancellations must be submitted by February 4, 2022 to receive a full refund. After the cancellation deadline, all registration fees are final and nonrefundable. If you cannot attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your company.

We are committed to having the in-person conference. If health and safety guidelines change and IFMA is forced to cancel the conference, you will receive a choice of a full refund or credit to attend a future IFMA event.
