A: IFMA is committed to a safe experience for its attendees. We are asking all attendees to be either vaccinated against COVID-19 OR have a negative Rapid or PCR COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of travel. Attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to gain entry to the conference.

A: Each COEX attendee will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test at the on-site registration desk:

Q: What precautions are being taken to ensure attendee health during indoor conference sessions?
A: The Austin Marriott Downtown has implemented enhanced cleaning protocols throughout the hotel. IFMA will also make socially distanced seating areas available to attendees during general session and breakout sessions.
Q: Will I have access to sanitation stations during the conference?
A: Yes, IFMA is making hand sanitizing stations available to attendees in common areas.
Q: What if I don’t feel well or have been exposed to someone who has COVID? Can I still attend COEX?
A: No, we ask that you stay home for the health and safety of our attendees unless you are able to present a negative COVID test prior to traveling.
