Traveling to College Station

George Bush Intercontinental Airport is located less than 90 miles from College Station with daily shuttle options available from Ground Shuttle.
Austin-Bergstrom Airport is located 100 miles from College Station with car rentals available.
Easterwood airport is also located in College Station with limited American Airlines flights.

Ground Shuttle is a premier daily transportation provider for Bryan-College area to Houston and back.
Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are available in the College Station area.

Shuttle Times: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Pickup and Dropoff locations:

There will be a shuttle running from the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center (outside of ballroom) to the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum (in between Lot 41 and Lot 43)for the Welcome Reception.

Shuttles will run every 20-30 minutes during the scheduled times below:

7:00 AM – 11:00 AM CST

6:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST

Pickup and Dropoff locations:

#1 Cavalry Court – Parking lot behind the parking garage and adjacent to the hotel on Ball Street

#2 Homewood Suites College Station – in front of the entrance to Homewood Suites

Shuttles will run every 20-30 minutes during the scheduled times below:

7:00 AM – 11:00 AM CST

2:00 PM – 6:00 PM CST
