Early Student Attendee/Presenter Registration ends July 31, 2022:      $295.00
Regular Non-student Attendee/Presenter Registration ends August 31, 2022:    $845.00
Regular Student Attendee/Presenter Registration ends August 31, 2022:  $395.00
Late/Onsite Non-student Attendee ONLY Registration from September 1 – October 19, 2022: $945.00

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your registration, you MUST notify the SES conference organizers in writing of your request. The timing of your request is important in determining your refund amount. Refunds will be made upon receipt of written refund request within the following guidelines:

June 15 to August 31, 2022: Full refund minus $100.00 administration fee

September 1 to October 14, 2022: Partial refund on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed       

Starting October 15, 2022: No refunds given
