Guest Policies 

We encourage all attendees to bring their families to the PAAA Annual Meeting to participate in the social events throughout the weekend.

Please be aware that there are maximum registration limitations for registered guests. Each registrant may register:
- One spouse/guest
- Up to four dependent children (dependent meaning you claim them on your tax return)
- Up to five additional guests

If a guest would like to attend presentations, they must register as an attendee. 

Guest Safety Protocols*

Spouse/Guests/Children Ages 5+
(vaccination required) Must show proof of vaccination upon check in at social events.

Guests/Children Ages 0-4
For our youngest guests, we have no requirements. However, we ask that parents abstain from bringing your child to our socials if they are showing any cold/flu like symptoms..

Health and Safety Protocols are subject to change at any time. All such changes will be updated and communicated as quickly as possible with registered attendees. Additional details of our Health and Safety Protocols, including the details regarding the process of providing proof of vaccination, will be announced as we get closer to the event dates.

PAAA cannot control or require guests/staff of the Hotel Hershey to wear masks. By attending the event and visiting Hershey Resorts, all attendees accept that these protocols will not be in place outside of PAAA events. Venue regulations may change based on state guidelines
