Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Attendee substitutions may be made without penalty at any time.

For In-Person Event Registrations: Full refunds will be issued if written notice of cancellation is received on or before May 6, 2022. If cancellation is received after this date, a refund will be issued minus a $500 fee per person for each cancelled Summit registration and a $200 fee per person, per day, for each cancelled Pre-Summit workshop and Post-Summit Go-and-See registration. If a registered attendee does not provide written cancellation prior to the program date and does not attend, no refund will be issued.

For Virtual Event Registrations: Full refunds will be issued if written notice of cancellation is received on or before May 25, 2022 for Virtual Summit registrations. If cancellation is received after this date, a refund will be issued minus a $300 fee per person for each cancelled Summit registration. For Virtual Pre-Summit workshop registrations, full refunds will be issued if written notice of cancellation is received two weeks before the session date. If cancellation is received after this date, a refund will be issued minus a $150 fee per person, per session. If a registered attendee does not provide written cancellation prior to the program date and does not attend, no refund will be issued.

Registrants may switch from an in-person Summit registration to a virtual Summit registration at any time, but if this switch is after May 6, 2022, the late cancellation fee of $500 will still be deducted.
