The safety and health of all visitors and employees at Catalysis events is our top priority.
As coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread internationally and here in the United States, we want to be proactive in keeping you informed on the policies and guidance that are in place for all Catalysis events. As the event approaches, we will continue to monitor the trends nationally and in the host state of Utah.
Catalysis is actively following updates and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and every attempt will be made to host this event in-person so long as it is safe to do so. Catalysis in-person activities have been designed with your health and safety in mind as well as the communities you will return to after the conference; however, there is one important element in your conference experience: YOU!
The guidelines and protocols in place are only effective if you follow them. Therefore, the information below is provided as a reminder of what is expected from you and to encourage you to be your own health and safety advocate. We ask that attendees not participate or be present if:
- Within fourteen (14) days preceding the event they have tested positive or presumptively positive for any Communicable Disease or was identified as a potential carrier of any such Communicable Disease.
- Experienced any symptoms commonly associated with a Communicable Disease.
- Traveled to a country that is subject to a U.S. State Department Level 4 “Do Not Travel” Advisory or a CDC Level 3 Travel Health Notice.
- Were in direct contact with or in the immediate vicinity of any person who is either confirmed or suspected of being infected with any Communicable Disease, or, who has traveled to a Prohibited Country within fourteen (14) days preceding you encounter with such person.
By registering to attend in-persion, all attendees are agreeing by default to Catalysis' Health and Safety Policy.
