COVID ATTENDANCE POLICIES: 

In an effort to hold the 9th annual Jefferson conference in-person, we are implementing the following requirements for attendance:
 

  • Attendees must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination, including any CDC recommended boosters.
  • Should CDC or other relevant guidelines change prior to the conference, the Jefferson Infertility Conference will follow any updated guidelines.

Attendance at the Jefferson conference is voluntary, and attendees understand there is some risk in attending in-person, indoor meetings, and the conference coordinators cannot ensure the status of hotel, restaurant, or conference center staff or others.  By choosing to attend the Jefferson conference, attendees waive any claims against, and agree to hold harmless, the conference coordinators and Jefferson University in the event of subsequent illness.

REGISTRATION:  

Conference Rates: 

Full Conference:  $575.00 early bird,  register after April 1st: $650.00

Two Day Conference Rate:  $450.00 early bird, register after April 1st:  $525.00

  • Two conference rate is for Wednesday/Thursday, Wednesday/Friday, or Thursday/Friday.  

One Day Conference Rate: 

  • Wednesday or Thursday:  $275.00 early bird, register after April 1st:  $325.00
  • Friday:  $175.00 early bird, register after April 1st: $225.00

Student Registration Rates: 

Full Conference:  $250.00 early bird,  register after April 1st: $275.00

One Day Conference Rate: 

  • Wednesday or Thursday:  $100.00 early bird, register after April 1st:  $125.00

Additional Registration Options: 

  • Networking Dinner at Positiano:  $50.00 per person
  • PAI Saturday Workshop:  $200.00 early bird, register after April 1st:  $225.00

The registration fee includes all course materials and meals during conference days (Welcome reception, breakfast (3), lunch (2), breaks). Attendees are responsible for their housing.  Discounted room rates are available at the conference hotel.  Payment options: Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by check.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

To receive a refund, cancellations must be received in writing by April 1, 2022. Your paid tuition, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be returned. No REFUNDS will be granted after April 1, 2022.

Jefferson ObGyn reserves the right to cancel or postpone this course due to unforeseen circumstances.  In the event of cancellation or postponement, Jefferson ObGyn will refund registration fees, but is not responsible for related costs or expenses to participants.
